Our story
Where I found my mind and heart
Picture the one place where you feel most like yourself. For some it's a stage or a football pitch. For me, it has always been a kitchen.
It began at three, in a chef's hat and a little blue apron. Thirteen years later, the feeling is the same every time I step up to the counter: calm, focused, at home. Baking is where my mind goes quiet and my heart speaks up.
It also taught me patience and courage. In 2024 I set out to perfect one chocolate chip cookie, and failed again and again: too flat, too hard, too sweet. Each failed tray taught me something new. When the right batch finally came out, golden at the edges and soft in the middle, my sister named it the golden batch.
Now these cookies show up at other people's moments: picnics, nights with friends. Every box is made by hand, in small batches, and tied with a red ribbon, because what you share should feel like a gift.
Sixteen years old. Most of a lifetime spent in the kitchen. And only just getting started.
